Refund policy
WAVE PK offers a 7-day return and refund policy.
Conditions for returns:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must not be physically damaged by customer
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.
Non-returnable items:
- Used products
- Damaged items caused by misuse
